ENTRY 001 Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is MorteNoir / MORTENOIR LIMITED.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 17/08/2026 at 18:30 and closes on 24/08/2026 at 18:30 BST.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
Employees, immediate family members and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary.
4. How to Enter
To receive one valid entry, entrants must:
- Follow @mortenoir_official on Instagram
- Like the official ENTRY 001 giveaway post
- Leave a comment on the official giveaway post before the closing time
Each entrant is limited to one entry, regardless of the number of comments made.
Sharing the giveaway to an Instagram Story is welcomed and appreciated but is not required and does not provide an additional entry or increase the chances of winning.
5. The Prize
There will be one winner.
The winner will receive:
1 × MorteNoir ENTRY 001 jacket — retail value £129.
The giveaway jacket is held within a separate reserve allocation and is not one of the 30 pieces made available for public pre-order.
The 30-piece public pre-order allocation therefore remains unaffected by this giveaway.
The winner’s size will be subject to availability within the reserve allocation.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, except where expressly stated within these terms.
6. Entrants Who Have Already Pre-Ordered
Customers who have already placed an ENTRY 001 pre-order are still fully eligible to enter the giveaway.
If an existing ENTRY 001 customer is selected as the winner, their qualifying ENTRY 001 pre-order will be refunded in full.
Their winning jacket will then be fulfilled from MorteNoir’s separate giveaway/reserve allocation rather than from the 30-piece paid pre-order allocation.
Any other products contained within the same order will not form part of that refund.
7. Winner Selection
After the giveaway closes, all valid entries will be entered into a random draw.
The winner will be selected using a verifiably random selection process.
MorteNoir will retain reasonable evidence of the winner-selection process.
Before awarding the prize, MorteNoir will verify that the selected entrant has satisfied the stated entry requirements.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by the official @mortenoir_official Instagram account.
The winner will never be asked to make a payment in order to claim the prize.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
If reasonable attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful within the stated period, MorteNoir reserves the right to select another eligible winner using the same random process.
9. Delivery
The winner will be asked to provide the information reasonably necessary to fulfil the prize, including their name, phone number delivery address and required size.
The prize is expected to follow the ENTRY 001 production schedule, with estimated dispatch currently planned for October 2026.
Production and dispatch updates will be provided by email where applicable.
10. General
MorteNoir reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete or otherwise fail to comply with these terms.
MorteNoir may only amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Personal information supplied by the winner will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer and fulfil the giveaway, subject to MorteNoir’s applicable privacy policy.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the administration of the promotion or fulfilment of the prize and release Instagram from responsibility in relation to the promotion.
