What is recycled polyester and how is it made?

Recycled polyester starts life as post-consumer plastic waste — bottles, packaging, things that would otherwise end up in landfill or the ocean. It’s collected, cleaned, broken down, and spun into new fibre. The result performs identically to virgin polyester, but uses significantly less energy and diverts plastic from the places it doesn’t belong. Dark fashion shouldn’t cost the earth.

Is recycled polyester the same quality as regular polyester?

Yes. Same durability, same softness, same longevity. Polyester can be recycled multiple times without losing performance — which means choosing recycled isn’t a compromise. It’s just the smarter choice.

What are the environmental benefits?

Do you use organic cotton?

Will prints fade or crack over time?

Our all-over prints are applied using advanced techniques built for longevity. Wash inside out in cold water and they’ll hold. The intentional faded aesthetic on some designs won’t deteriorate further with normal care.
