Every MorteNoir piece is made to order — just for you. That means your item is produced after you place your order, so please allow production time on top of your shipping estimate. We think it's worth the wait.

Shipping & Cost
We offer free international shipping on all orders via express air freight.
MorteNoir does not add unexpected shipping fees at checkout. International customers may still be charged local import duties or taxes by their country.

Shipping availability may occasionally vary depending on the product, delivery carrier, local restrictions or circumstances outside our control. The delivery options currently available for your address will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number sent straight to your email the moment it leaves our hands.
A Note on Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.
PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-DEMAND SHIPPING
Certain MorteNoir releases are offered through a pre-order / made-to-demand production model rather than being held as ready-to-ship stock.
For these releases, your order is placed before the production run is completed. Once the pre-order window closes, the final production quantity is confirmed with our manufacturer.
Because these pieces must first be manufactured, shipped to MorteNoir, inspected, prepared and then dispatched individually to each customer, pre-order items have a longer fulfilment time than standard in-stock products.
ESTIMATED DISPATCH
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, please allow approximately 5–7 weeks from the close of the pre-order window for your order to be dispatched.

Please note that this is an estimated dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Production schedules, international transit and customs processing can occasionally experience delays outside of our direct control. If there is any significant change to the expected timeframe, affected customers will be kept informed.
ONCE YOUR ORDER IS DISPATCHED
Once your piece has been prepared and shipped from MorteNoir, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking information, where available.
Normal delivery times for your destination will then apply.
ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your order may be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
If you would prefer available items to be shipped separately, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Additional shipping charges may apply.

By purchasing a pre-order or made-to-demand item, you acknowledge that the product is not immediately available for dispatch and agree to the estimated production and fulfilment timeframe shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
This slower production model allows MorteNoir to manufacture according to genuine demand, helping us reduce unnecessary overproduction and excess stock.
